We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and therefore we want you to enjoy your rest in the compony of your small best friend. Upon arrival we take damage deposit for the pet in the amount of 50 euros. The pet cost additional 10 euros per night while they stay with us

Why visit:Atmospheric ruins of a medieval Benedictine monastery right on the coast. Offers a mix of history, mystery, and natural beauty — ancient stone arches framed by sea views and pine trees. Great for photography, quiet walks, or a peaceful pause during a beach day. Historically significant: once a powerful religious center between Bar and Sutomore.
Pro tip: Easy to reach on foot from Sutomore or by car with a short walk from the main road. Combine it with a swim — the small beach below the ruins is clean and rarely crowded. Best visited during golden hour for magical light and fewer people. Wear sneakers if you plan to explore the ruins — the stones can be uneven and overgrown.
Fortress Haj-Nehaj (Tvrđava Haj Nehaj)

Why visit: 15th-century ruins on a hill with stunning panoramic views over the sea and surrounding mountains.

Pro tip: Go early morning or late afternoon to avoid the heat and catch great light for photos.
Fortress Tabija (Tvrđava Tabija)

Why visit: A 19th-century Austro-Hungarian fortress, built during the time when this area was a strategic point on the empire’s southern border.

It was designed to monitor the coastline and defend against Ottoman forces.

Though partially in ruins today, the structure is still impressive — with stone walls, tunnels, and even remnants of the old cistern system.


Insider tip: Combine it with a visit to Fortress Haj-Nehaj, which is visible from Tabija and just a short drive/hike away. They make a perfect double for a half-day history + nature tour.
